Participant Feedback from Previous Workshops:
“This workshop helped to increase my motivation and improve my outlook toward the future.”
“As a single working mother of two, justifying the time (a whole day!) and the cost … to attend this workshop was a hard sell to myself, but I am *unbelievably* glad that I did. This day of self-exploration, encouragement and discovery was invaluable. Julia is a patient, knowledgeable and kind facilitator. I use something I learned in this workshop *at least* once a day and I know I will continue to draw on the experience in the days to come.”
“The guided visualization of meeting my future self has come back to me time and time again in such an empowering and positive way. And the guided creation of a new intention was tremendously helpful. I use that san culpa every single day now! I also have the means to create a new one in a thoughtful and deliberate way in the future.”
“I came away with a more positive attitude regarding my future and gained confidence from spending the day with strong, like-minded women”
“I really appreciate my vision board – what an wonderful souvenir, and I really feel mine is a true representation of what I plan to cultivate in the next year. Meeting myself five years from now was pretty inspiring exercise as well. The yoga nidra, I would like to try again. ”
