Rodney Keddy is a team member at True North Psychological Services. He has been a registered psychologist since 2007 and graduated from the University of Calgary with a Masters of Education in Counselling Psychology degree. Rodney has worked in various settings including Corrections Canada, medical clinics, and private practice. He has worked with a wide variety of clientele (ages 16+) with concerns related to trauma/PTSD, anxiety, transition (i.e. military to civilian), substance abuse/addiction, ADD, depression, stress management, and behavioural health/lifestyle change.
Prior to starting his Masters Degree, Rodney worked as a personal trainer which still drives his counselling style. He is goal-oriented and enjoys working with clients to set their own personal goals. He is currently focusing his practice on a wellness-based approach from a life coach perspective. He is client-centered and draws mainly from the areas of cognitive-behavioural and solution-focused therapies.
